stunning reference from another era...I've not seen or known this before. unfortunately I missed to take the picture of the movement, but I can vouch for it - it was the most prettiest manual wounding movement I've seen in any Patek...extremely graciously...

They come up for sale at auction occasionally I have hardly seen them for sale in the open market Make sure you get the whole package including a special box and a medallion which was issued for the occasion Julian
