There is one for sale near me, I admired it. Very charming. My 5124g is more attractive and versatile imho and the 5100g is a favourite of mine.
Rarity does have a seductive pull, especially a platinum Patek limited edition. I completely understand the attraction. What factors are prioritized would drive any decision. 5124 and 5100 are more modern in their sizing and less particular in their desig...
That one is nice with a white gold case, not as rare but less costly. I mistook the 5100 for the 5200 in my reply. I've always liked the 5200g. White dial with black markers and hands, eight day day date ;)
