The lug-to-lug size is still slightly below 47mm.
With this measurement ,I guess it is more the shape of the wrist that will determine the fit.

It is a modern Patek and well executed expressing clear Patek DNA... I have quibbles with this and that but shrug... Patek is Patek... congrats and enjoy!!

Your wrist is probably as small as it will go
with the long lugs. Beautiful watch. Thanks for sharing
It's the straight lugs with almost no curvature that make the watch less suitable for smaller wrists.
Especially oval wrist shapes may not work well with these lugs.
