Standard production like a 5212....I know which I would have gone for....the 5212 too ME is more interesting....and naturally if I had received a 6007 I would be claiming it’s the next best watch ever produced but I didn’t ......ha ha

The piece is a stunner in the flesh and wears wonderfully. The dial and strap work in perfect harmony and I can see it being a favourite. ...

I like this one more than the Lange!

Many thanks Patrick. [nt]

I have never owned or wanted to own a Calatrava until this one. It really is a great looking sport watch unlike other Calatrava’s. I am wearing it at work and will wear it to the golf course tomorrow. Can’t stop looking at it!!!

Your first picture is special, I saved it to my photos!

Many congratulations!

I still don't have an exact delivery date, I was told it will arrive early next week. I was speaking to a showroom manager and he said very limited number came to the UK and they only got 8 pieces between their 6 showrooms in the UK and Ireland.

Thanks.

Did Rhone withhold papers like they did for 5131R/P or have they stopped that practice

It makes sense so the watch goes to the intended client.

When I purchased an Aquanaut in late 2016 the papers came pre-printed with my details but few months later they abandoned that practice.

Mine has arrived.

I will definitely post some pictures once I pick this up. The AD is in a different town (the local AD refused to sell watches to me) and only able to go there end of the month due to work situation.

Happy for you! [nt]

happy for you ! πŸ‘ Glad to hear that you like the watch and that the dial color and strap complement each other !

Amazing piece!

Love the color of the dial and strap. Wear it in good health! Huge Congrats! One of the hardest limited editions to purchase due to so many client interests. Your AD relationship must be at the VVIP level...πŸ˜‰

Another Huge Congrats πŸ˜‰

Critics

 By: KonaJ : July 3rd, 2020-21:59
It is easy to find lots of very vocal 6007A critics on the internet. I wonder if they have changed their minds now that it has become one of the hottest, most desirable, watches in the world??😊

As I previously mentioned, just like the New York Pilot πŸ‘¨β€βœˆοΈ 5522, the 6007 was...

destined to be a BIG success in terms of desirability ! Glad you guys became owners ! πŸ‘

It was always destined to be a hit and always

Significantly better looking in the metal tah the press pics. We have lots of examples like 40th anniversary!! However apart from the brag value and the immediate financial gains it's a wonderful looking watch but would it be any different to any other ca...

Good points.

In essence no, it is a Calatrava. However PP have introduced a few new features which differentiate - colour scheme, dial design and central decoration, strap design. Would they have done all this on a standard production piece, I’m not sure.

My view is that if offered...of course I would have said yes.....if I was looking for a stainless steel calatrava and this was

Making it a steel, limited edition to start with, I think was a safe and clever choice, no doubt about that.

But any one of the more modern Calatrava references that we are going to see is likely to, in my opinion, be more successful than the older, classical line. This is a big, long-term project for Patek, and so far they couldn't have started any more success...

Very nice watch. Wonderful picture. πŸ‘
