Patek Philippe

This watch has been in the safe, with a dead battery, for at least 25 years. My daughter dug it out, replaced the strap and had a new battery installed. She says it works just fine! I think it looks great on her wrist! ...  

Batteries can't sit dead in watches for too long as they may leak! Watch looks great though!

Better go check your watches, if any of them have batteries in them, check that the batteries aren't dead. I've seen a beautiful Cartier destroyed with a leaking battery. Even the dial had to be replaced.

There’s something to be said about timeless design.

And I really like the detail of the old font type on the date window.
