I would prefer the size of the 5130 (only)
IN REALITY, I WOULD SAY THAT THE THE MORE ELEGANT PATTERN OF THE CENTER GUILLOCHE, AND THE STYLE OF THE HANDS PUTS THE 5110 IN FIRST PLACE....STEVE......

Of the two I think I refer the one on the left. I like the hands, the
sunburst dial and I think the cities are a bit easier to read.

Sunburst dial is stunning, but the guilloche is a work of art. More space between the cities on the 5130, but less contrast than on the 5110 (blue vs black font) Thanks for tour input! 👍🏻

I have to agree with you: proportions are simply perfect on the 5110, case and dial.
I believe that many may prefer the larger size, more presence on the wrist

As said above, the dial and case proportions on the 5110 are just perfect. I don't even understand how Patek managed to fit so many city names into such perfect harmony on the 5110. Unfortunately, it seems that Patek doesn't understand how they did it, ei...
5110 is much refined but 5130 is more suitable if you are tall.
5110 is a classic while 5130 is more modern.
Close call...
But I would vote 5110 for its guillouche and proportions... even though I like the heft and presence of the 5130 case

I far prefer the look of the 5110, but I do think it would be absolutely perfect in a slightly larger size.

I prefer the hands and case size which suits my larger wrist better. But I do like the dial and the overall proportion on the right. How does each of them look on your wrist?

They look different. I don't have a big wrist, so the 5110 doesn't look small at all. Only the clasp looks a hair too tiny. I do love how the 5110 sits on my wrist. But I have to reckon that it has a kind of vintage-ish look. On the other hand, the 5130 h...

It was supposed to be my dress watch, but I love wearing it with casual outfits.
5110 for me
I know the cities are crowded but that doesn't bother me. I like the proportions of the dial. Yes, the hour and minute hands are tiny, but they are the correct length for that layout.
