Match the age Enamel looks lovely and clean I would not be surprised if the initial laquer layer has been stripped back But I am always wary to give a definitive opinion without seeing the watch in real life It is almost impossible to tell from pics Howev...

I do believe that it may have had some work done. The #7 marker overlaps the sub seconds dial. This is kind of a tell tale that dial work was done by somone other than Patek. Enjoy wearing this in good health!

the lack of accent above GENEVE mean that the dial has definitely being refinished. These two details are easily removed when the lacquer was removed. You can also check the side of the applied numerals for hint. Note that the placement of the 'comma' is ...
