Much cleaner, less cluttered dial in my opinion.

Which QP? 5327G vs 5320G

If you could only choose one, which one and why? ...

5320G for me

I like the cleaner dial, the central seconds, and the lumed arabics. A white dial with a white metal is also the most versatile watch color combo and will allow a lot more freedom with different straps and outfits.

What reasons? [nt]

I went

with the 5320. I like its “Retro” vibe and it was easier for me to read. I also like the 5327g, however the 5320 really does it for me. I wear mine everyday. For a serious “luxury” watch, the 5320g has great utility.

Neck and neck...

I'd go 5327 because of its concave bezel! Thomas

Not too shabby?

Love the dots in the outside ring! ...

Not sure I would consider it far more impressive

The fact that it is a microrotor is nice, and it does fit the case a little better. However, the finishing style and quality is very similar between the two.

I think you will be happy with ever you choose.

Much cleaner, less cluttered dial in my opinion.

In this case... 5320G [nt]

I'd take 5320 just because it has uncluttered dial and lumes on numerals for more visibility in dark.

Lack of micro rotor at back is little setback though.

I chose the 5327.

The blue complimented some others in my collection like the 5159. Can’t go wrong with either one!!

5320...

...but I wish the half-'eaten' stick markers at 5 and 7 were omitted. The dots alone would have sufficed.

They are very different watches

One is replacing an old classic I believe the 5140 while the other is a modern vintage inspired piece. The 5320g definitely is the more versatile watch and a special piece with very unique features.

Sorry but not the best ones

 By: drphileasfogg : January 19th, 2020-22:15
Left is too busy, right is trying too hard to look vintage

What would you recommend... 5140? [nt]

 By: @Patek_Ambassador : January 19th, 2020-22:24

A perpetual chrono

3970 or 5270. A lot of information on the dial but somehow the layout is better. I have given up on getting a perpetual calendar from Patek; I will skip it for a perpetual chrono.

5320

Cleaner dial Great creamy color Easier to read But above all those syringe hands to die for

I do like the syringe hands. [nt]

case,'lugs and dial. The 5237 is not an attractive watch even with its Breguet numerals compared to the watch it replaced, the 5140. When a watch like the 5237 grows 2mm but has the same movement as the 5140, then, something has gone amiss, not to mention...

personally i'll go for 5320G...i love the case design & it is visually tidy IMHO

 By: mahesh : January 20th, 2020-00:32
5327G in deed has a great movement, quite thin case but i feel the sub-dials are too cluttered... Best, mahesh.,

Maybe this will help you decide

and because the case is interesting...and because it looks closest to Patek's original QP. -Dean

5230G hands down. Very unique! The case, the dial... just sublime.

By: Pour le Mérite : January 20th, 2020-08:01
But every good has it's down, which is the movement in this case.

5327

-Thinner -Fantastic Color -Micro Rotor movement is more special than the sort of base + module full rotor movement -That blue--and the applied numerals--fantastic.

5320G for me.
