I am prepared for anything
I carry tent, sleeping bag, air mattress, basic cooking gear, etc. Prefer to camp but also hit hotels for a hot shower, meal, and wash my limited clothes. Can’t get too aggressive off-road with all the gear but prefer off-road to paved roads. Having some repairs done on the bike right now in Santa Fe, New Mexico before the push north through Colorado. Really miss my 5970R
Had to put the 5970R and Dato in the safety deposit box so I could head out on an adventure across America. Just have the IWC Ceratanium with me. 1st world problems! Can’t wait to see her again whenever I get back? Have a good one all. ...

Have a safe trip, enjoy every moment of it, enjoy your IWC as if it was your only watch and... yes you will surely enjoy your grails a lot upon your return but you will have spent a fantastic holiday and adventure 😉

That is quite a big programme
I would envision a very light load, only targeting the most basic cooking, very light tent... and of course as much offroading as possible. Cool project that you are realising
