Thanks for your advice, vicunaman. My place of residence should be outside the catchment area of HSWA. Perhaps I should ask Libertas Hong Kong or email to PP Geneva directly.

Thank you. How about the date of purchase? Did you enter the date of auction or the original purchase date of the 1st owner as stated on certificate of origin?

Thank you. But in my case, the original purchase date was back in 2013. That may seem to be a bit strange to register now.....
