Currently in France and....where’s Patek?

Having a look at watches as I travel about. I noticed I wasn’t seeing any Patek in shop windows. According to Patek’s website there is only one PPretailer in the whole of France?!? Do I have that wrong? Very odd. I wonder why.

Patek Boutique Place Vendome, and Patek AD Rue Royale, at Wempe. That's all. They are waiting for the next generation to come. ;) [nt]

I take it there is a reason for this but perhaps not one able to be shared in a public forum? It’s really strange - one of the big three economies in Europe with two dealers in one city. Compare to the UK, Germany, Italy.

Seems very odd there are no AD’s in the South of France. Stranger still is a lack of presence in Monaco!
