and the last pic is very nice too. Did you use a DSLR micro-lens?

Patek seems to get a lot of stick on its finishing. Other than some high-end indies, I think the finishing is right up there.

The 324 S C FUS looks good to me. It’s also Macro Monday today. ...

Nice pic!

Here is my contribution. Though mine was not taken on a Monday, it’s the dial side and the movement is 240Q 😰 ...

...milling marks on the beveling / anglage on the Patek Philippe caliber 324 ... but that seems to be no longer the case in the newer 324 movements...

....or sloppily applied paint on the tip of the GMT hand on the Rolex GMT Master II

You have any examples of older 324 movements to illustrate?

The bevel, edges sharp corners look good to me in this 7234 R.

Agree, they do!

I have two watches with the 324 - one with the PP seal (bought in 2018) and the other one with the Geneva seal (bought in 2007). Looking at the two movements it looks like the finishing of the one with the PP seal overall looks better.

Indeed! Bravo! [nt]

I use a micro lens bought from AtoZ website for iPhone camera lens. Very simple clip on and works great for my purposes, <$50, no need for big and bulky cameras anymore.
