I donāt mind them working on it right there, this means I get my watch faster! AFAIK the full service of my 5712 was also done on Paris, not Geneva, and that involved full disassembly and reassembly of the movement. I can imagine for Grand Complication it...

I also had a similar experience in the PP service center at Hong Kong. Brought my 5712 there few years ago for a small debris/ loosen part on the dial, the watchmaker there offered to fix it immediate. Cheers, Henry
