European watch co

Hi. Anyone dealt with them. Have been given a quote and asked to send my wAtch to them first thereafter they would wire the money. Since I’m not even in the same country as them wanted some opinions in case any one has dealt with them. Thanks.

Very honest and lots of enticing stock — thus dangerous — it’s almost impossible not to buy from them

Your wallet is at great risk as soon as you walk in the store or log into the website — I bought my first “real” watch from them, in person. Good luck, Cazalea

It's been over a decade...

Edited, Patrick_y is likely mistaken. His post has been removed.

Yes they are the same in Boston.

My predicament is that I would wire the watch to them without any security. But like other members say they are reputable. And have dealt with them. So I guess will go along.

Patrick, I’ve never bought or sold to them but I’ve known the store for 15-20 years, been in it many times and I did not know this.

The ownership remains the same, it’s the same family all during this time. I’m really surprised to learn this, are we sure it’s the same business?

That was Alpha Omega Jewelry, not European Watch Company

Alpha Omega Jewelry went out of business, the owner stole all the remaining cash and watches and fled the country. It's a totally different company; they have no association with European Watch Company. I've been doing business with European Watch Company...

You are confusing them with Alpha Omega which was an AD for many brands. EWC is a pre-owned dealer and 100 percent reputable

I have bought and sold many watches with them and they are in my home city

Wrong information Patrick Y

That was Alpha Omega whose owner fled the country; European Watch is highly reputable and in business under same ownership since its inception

Lovely people

I have dealt with them on three occasions and have met them at the SIHH awhile back. Fair prices too.

I have traded twice with them

Both times I sent my watch first. No issues.

Reputable people

I have performed multiple transaction with them.

But with confidence. Miles.

I've sold a number through Joshua. Great to deal with...

I haven't even tried to sell on my own for a while, knowing I will get a check shortly after sending the watch. It's worth getting a little less for a watch to work with good people.
