They are ok, so long as your happy with the combination.
Personally I would go for a Patek cufflinks, even if not a Nautilus line. My 5130g with an Ellipse yellow gold cufflinks. On my daughter's graduation day. ☺️ Cheers 🍻, wonderful 5712a you are wearing. Geross. ...

At some point, I might end up buying the Patek cufflinks, but I have been resisting so far. The problem is that I don't wear cufflinks often, so I would buy only one pair, but I cannot decide on which one.
