I have a drawer full of straps and after a trip to Paris I only buy from Rousseau. Now they have a store on Madison, NYC.

Like CF for Camille Fournet. The D means that it is for a deployant buckle and E81 is the alpha code that tells the style, in this case 21x16 mm, deployant, padded 4.0 mm in material and color 100 which is dark chestnut shiny alligator with square scales....

The fact that our straps are broader is the main reason why it sits better don’t you think? It’s just too unstable to have a 16mm fixture on the other side of such a hefty watch. I don’t think buckle or clasp makes any difference here.
