This is not only a wonderful timepiece with all the traditional qualities of Patek Philippe. It is also an important milestone in their corporate history. One of the fist annual calendars. Wear it in great health!

My Watch..... the watch I sold for personal reasons......

I celebrated my 40th birhting in 2012. I bought (I mean financed) a Patek Philippe 5035J on the secondary market. I could never afford to buy such a watch new or at retail. I come from very humble origins, mostly earning no more than 5 figures a year........
Congrats!

It is lovely to get something treasured back! Wear in good health and I hope this one will stay with you for the rest of your life. BW, Chi Kai

That’s the spirit of a true lover of Patek, buy when you can, sell when you need, and buy back when you can do so again Wear it in good health and may it stay with you and generations to come
That’s great, mate!

I’ve never owned a Patek, but can understand the appreciation and your love for the brand. Sadly those days of the high Aussie dollar are long gone 😢 Cheers from Melbourne
Congratulations

I am curious: how did the price change?
Its cheaper in the long run

to buy and hold watches. This prevents you from buying too many and going through the expensive pain of buying back pieces you sold. We all do the selling at some point, part of the fun I guess of the hobby.
