Can anybody help me to know what this type of vintage patek dial printing is called? Thanks!...
The PP font
is for even indication that this an original dial. They can't reproduce this when reprinting. Br, Dirk
It's called "hard raised enamel"
I believe these are fixed to the dial with epoxy, not claw feet or other hard fastener. Is this your watch or are you thinking of purchasing it?

At least the PP signature ...
is not printed. It is engraved by struck with enameled PP signature. Can´t say more, based on the picture provided. Oliver
My 533 chrono is the same (more)
and it has been back to Geneva for service and been confirmed as original & untouched
