The 2499 is a pure marvel, but the 3970 is far from being the " poor parent " ( in french something like second choice ), here. More refined than the 5970 which is cooler, in my opinion.
2499, 3970 or 5970, you can't go wrong. You can just get a lot of pleasure. And a big pride to own such a treasure. Enjoy, mon ami. Nicolas
