+1, Patek is indeed seriously cracking down on this type of practices (in all markets, not just the US), which is why only a small fraction of pieces end up in the hands of speculators...sadly though, it's impossible to end this phenomenon entirely.

If this C24 ad is genuine (which I have no reason to doubt...), you can be sure the AD involved will be in serious trouble ;-) Cheers.
