On the Kalpagraphe rotor, I had seen this photo from A Blog To Watch . . .
One of my guys at PF told me they had mistakenly made four pieces with gold rotor. I assumed that meant four gold rotors that weren't coated in black. But as you spotted the blackened rotors are in platinum.
Anyway, that's the Paul Harvey "rest of the story."

The chronograph minute hand would not engage.

That really is a stunning looking watch.
It is very different from the usual Parmigiani watches I have seen and is really quite unique, I also like that although it is semi skeletonised you can still easily read all of the functions you need to. Glad to hear you now have this beauty back in time...

The rotor seems to be Pt 950, not gold!

These 4 “mistake gold rotor” pieces
might become sought after because of their rarity, but I doubt it because the blackened Pt rotor suits the aesthetic and identity of the watch much better!

Certainly comfortable on the wrist and quite attractive. I can see you alternating between it and the UN Regatta while at the lake.
