A Parmigiani Toric Rattrapante

 

Following up on my thread from yesterday dedicated to a Ulysse Nardin Split-Second Chronograph equipped with a Venus 179 calibre, here's a Parmigiani Fleurier Toric Rattrapante Ref. C03960 (or maybe C03860: there's contradictory information on the dedicated webpage).


It is powered by calibre PF27101, which is based on the Venus 179.

The white gold case measures 40 mm and the dial has only two sub-registers: a 30-minute chronograph at 3 o'clock and the running seconds at 9 o'clock.

This dial layout sets this particular model, limited to 10 pieces, apart from the other Toric Rattrapante references, that are based on the Venus 185, which has an additional third 12-hour sub-register, as you can see with the two examples included below.
