A Parmigiani ladies' watch

This is my first post of a Parmigiani ladies' watch, the Tonda Metropolitaine Selene Galaxy, ref PFC283-0060601.

This 33.7mm watch with moon phase, date and small seconds has a lovely blue aventurine dial accented with gold delta shaped hands and gold indices. I like that there is no luminous material on the hands or dial.

Of course diamonds are a lady's best friend and there is an ample quantity on the bezel of this Metropolitaine Selene Galaxy.

A gator leather strap is standard with the watch but I went for a blue braided fabric strap which really works in my eyes.

So, not surprisingly, Parmigiani made some beautiful ladies' pieces in its short history. This one will end up on the wrist of my wife on the occasion of our 40th anniversary in July.
