Hey! I've heard that some of the earlier second series does not have the vertical brush which makes the dial more of a light cream instead of a silver/grey. i much prefer the whiter/creamier dial than the silver/grayer one. I'm actively looking for an example of this. Thank you so much
Do some 3940J dials look grayer than others? What does it mean when the dial is vertically brushed? I see some older first / second series models that do not have a vertical brushstroke on the dial. Does that make it less gray? Look forward to hearing more about your project.
