The straps start off a bit stiff but I don't find it difficult to put on or wear. The blue strap is my daily now and it can take a beating.

I also have a tan strap at about one-quarter of the price of a blue rolled canvas strap that I posted earlier. Both straps wear very well and I am enjoying the switch from leather.

Since that picture was taken, I replaced the buckle with a older, much larger brushed buckle. You can tell who made it from the logo.

I used to wear a kevlar strap in the summer but canvas is so much more comfortable. The 312, now eleven years old, just came back from service all freshly polished.
