Hi I have the same issue, and there is no service centre around me in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I went to the AD, but they need to contact GP and I have waited for 3 weeks, and no response. I tried to contact GP Hongkong, where I can ask my sister yo buy the spring bars. But they do not sell the parts
