yes it has a quick change date. just exactly at midnight the date jumps instantaneously

Omega: fake or makeover dial & case back?
hello. I hope anybody can help me with this. my father just passed me a vintage constellation but i feel something is not right about the dial and the caseback. i attach pictures of the dial and the caseback. cheers
