Horological Meandering: Genta

Gerald Genta. I don't get it. All his 'classic' designs for AP, PP, IWC, etc, look the same. And yet you lot rave about them day and night. And then there's the Disney watches... Surely I'm not the only one who sees this?

Blancpain: Leman toughness?

Hoping someone might have a thought on this please. We all know that all Rolex watches will survive train crashes and, along with Sinn and Bremont, etc., they use a variant of steel much harder than normal your normal cutlery. A Leman will cost anything up to 3 x your average Rolex. But how does a L
