I bought a pre-owned Patek and registered it. You'll need the case and movement numbers, but Patek will accept that.

I have a 1970s 3591 with a blue face with white markings that came with a leather Patek band. I'm thinking of replacing it with a gold band to make it a little less conservative and more sporty. Has anyone else done this? Did you like the effect?
