Extract from archives

Has anyone had an extract procured? I don't need the full authentication (where you send watch in for full breakdown and verification) , but think an extract would be cool. I have an early 50s watch that I have always liked. I filled out the easy form onl

Nicolas asked for a collage of my Omega collection a while back. A bit late, perhaps . . .

Which led me to think.. i’m not sure they can plop that in on a 38mm RM which then made me think.. that RM60 won’t be getting updated anytime soon. Not unless there’s an existing manual caliber that fits a 38? The movement on those Tresors are quite nice.

Another new release I find very appealing.

Have always liked the contemporary Tresor but with the Small Seconds the design has so far found its best expression in my opinion, at least in steel. What do you think? Cheers Marc pictures c/o Omega website

The Railmaster 60th Anniversary!

Not quite the investment, but at least a "decent" store of value. I'm thinking it's relatively also easy to move over time. Just get one, enjoy it for what it is and assess from there. Personally, I think there's a long term upside to it. Maybe not Sotheb

Potential new acquisition?....Opinions please!

Thank you so much for your input! I really mean it as I was truly undecided. After much debate and consideration I have made a decision (can’t wait can ya😃?) on the following pieces: GSOTM...A definite buy. Already own DSOTM (for evening formal...which I

Omega Tresor 125th Anniversary. Some official pictures and thoughts.

To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the first watch with the Omega name on its dial, the eponymous brand decided to launch, some days ago, the Tresor. I totally understand the choices made by Omega, here. The case in yellow gold, which is deliciously re

The manual cal 8929 that they just introduced on the 125th anniversary Tresor..

I wish that mov\'t made it to the RM Trilogy. I wonder where they\'ll fit that resurrected 321.. that would\'ve been perfect with the Speedy trilogy as well. Maybe if they introduced it a couple more years down the road maybe I won\'t get all wound up ;-)
