New arrival!

Surgery…neuroma on the bottom of my foot-nerve damage they had to remove the damaged tissue and cut the nerve and it’s supposed to regenerate! Let’s hope it does! 😜 What caused it? Glad you asked! It was the repetitive pressure from the clutch on my 911s!

Holy Trinity with the Cayman GTS

He was right behind me on the curvier sections, I was a bit ahead on the longer straight, but clearly not by a huge margin. I drove the Cayman GTS 4 cylinders in Germany 3 years ago… can’t recall much difference in pure performance but the sound is not in

Holy Trinity with the Cayman GTS

In all honesty, for real world/road use the turbo 4-cylinder version of the Boxster is actually a more enjoyable car to drive. I'll admit I own one so I may be biased, but even the 4 cylinder is far more power than you're able to use on the road if you wa

Porsche Cayman GTS 4.0.

I had a green one for a day nicely spec'd with PCCB. It was a lot of fun. As expected the engine was nice but the suspension was the highlight of the test drive, damping was superb. It was so good that it's the first thing my wife commented on, she was su

Vlad strikes again: Another Alpine A 110 has been bought by one of good friends.

If you are a real petrolhead and don't mind driving around in a non-Porsche you will buy it after a testdrive. But the truth is different, most people that can afford this car will go for a Cayman or Boxster ... because it's a Porsche . And honestly if yo

Anyone buying Lotus nowadays?

.... in or below the same price range .... nothing beats the A110, not even the Cayman ... by far. The Megane on the right is also a great drivers car, but it’s nowhere near 25% of the Alpine. The A110 is an everyday car that gives you a special feeling w

Porsche

Nice teaching. Looking behind the skin is often better, than fell in love with the outside. From my side i’d confess i like the Cayman and Boxster. Also from the years they had a 996 front. Maybe i must go to look for a 996. The boss when my father was wo
