Had a great time visiting Miami and the FPJ Boutique the last 2 days. First time I had a chance to see in person and try on a Black Label piece. The new Resonance is an absolutely stunning watch and while the measurable difference in thickness between my Gen 2 (RN) and Gen 4 (RQ) is small, I was surprised how different the 2 actually felt on my wrist and how much more I preferred the slimmer RN. (Perhaps it fit and felt better, only because I have a rather thin 6.75" wrist.) As usual, it was a great visit as the staff in the boutique is wonderful and really 'makes you feel home' (Thank you Angelique, Andrew and Rocky) ....and seeing both new Gino's Dream Elegante watches was just a cherry on the top.

I really want to see the Miami Boutique some day. I’ve seen so many pictures from there and it looks incredible.

Fun to see the two resonances next to each other. The BL RQ looks so cool but as you said the RN is the elegant one. I love mine and it will be one of the last watches I will ever part with. the BLack Label RQ, interestingly the aperture in the center stands out clearer in your pictures. What is your take on it?

The two watches felt really quite different on my wrist and from your good picture one can truly appreciate "why".....and the big difference.
I *REALLY* like the combination of platinum case and rose gold dial and was considering eventually changing my RN for RQ (Plat case, RG dial) in the future and it was actuallyon my list with the boutique..... but after being able to try on the RQ for the first time, I'm definitely staying put and took it off my list with them.
That RN fits like a glove and I'm sure you can agree with that, having a personal experience.

No doubt that’s the one to keep.
I would love to have the RQ as a second Resonance. It packs an amazing movement with the two remontoirs. But no way, I’m not letting go of my RN to replace it. This is the Resonance in its purest form.
