Why not buy a 40mm CO as they make it in 40 and 42?
I own a 40mm CO (which is the more popular size) and if you're used to wearing 38-41mm you'd just buy the 40mm and it'll be perfect

I prefer the smaller 40mm Journe pieces as I have smaller wrists. It wears quite nice on the wrist. I wouldn’t say it’s top heavy as the watch is relatively flat. It’s a great piece to wear

How about the dead second tourbillon?
Personally I find the Morte Second tourbillon very under valued at this moment. It will be a very nice piece to wear daily unless it becomes crazy in price.
