How many more Santos are there with these instead of Roman numerals? I couldn't find any except these two recent limited edition Santos. Please help..

My query here is that whether Cartier carried Arabic numerals in Santos earlier or it was first time they did this year.

What I have come across so far is Roman markers only. First time I am seeing Arabic numerals in Santos. regards
