why Cartier let those lugs protrude out? Leather straps seems to an afterthought which the case obviously is designed for mental bracelet. What’s your thought  on this Fx? Love to hear your opinion with your IRL review.

have a peculiar policy with material and movements,

Very rarely do they offer tank/santos/ american steel watches with manual movements unless in precious metal. But to do this in quartz is baffling🤷‍♂️

When Cartier decides to release

this steel Santos-Dumont with the same dial, but a manual movement, it will be a slap in the face of all those guys,
that bought the quartz version. 
I honestly hope there will be a difference, in terms of looks.
A different dial is the least La Maison could do.

will certainly require an increase in price. +$5K? For me, I think this is a very interesting move by Cartier and I'll bet they sell a bunch of them!
