Cartier Pasha Tourbillon

 By: samwan : March 10th, 2018-07:01

This one has a solid gold logo and semi-skeletonized tourbillon.

I was told there were two other variations - all three were equipped with GP golden bridges movements - one with a blue enamel logo and the other with white gold bars. All three versions were limited to 10 pieces made. Does anyone have images of the other two?

I don't think I have seen this one before.

samwan,
No, you got us there.
From 1998; no idea they existed.
In those days, Cartier used 3rd party movements.
They still do but fully Cartier decorated now.

MTF

Cartier Pasha de Cartier Tourbillon CPCP from 2001 ( ref. 2542, series of X/20)

I had the opportunity to try this on at the Fifth Ave. boutique in 2002, and it has been on my grail list every since. It was very, very stealthy, and was slim enough to have slipped easily beneath my shirtsleeve. Originally listed for about $140k USD; prices at auction have come down nicely, but now seem to have bottomed out. I still hope to acquire one in the next year or two.

Thanks for the information

I got mine at a Phillips auction at less than 50%of the list price so it is rather comforting. It sits very nicely on the wrist smile

Best

Here they are
