Ideally my favorite breakfast would be healthy as well but that’s not always the case haha

Two favorites are: 1) hot oatmeal with blue berries (that’s relatively healthy) plus pancakes and syrup (less healthy)

2) eggs Benedict : love it.

But my normal daily breakfast typically is 2 brown sandwiches with GOUDA cheese, glass of milk bowl yoghurt with mix of nuts and grains and some blueberries

The next one I call my "British Seaside Breakfast" with panfryed eggs with tarragon and scallops (those scallops were huge … had to cut them open prior to frying):
