I had lunch with my friend Loris yesterday.

I had asked him to bring some nice pieces to show me but alas, I had to be contented with just one, since he'd been super-busy and hadn't had any time to go to the bank and access his safety deposit box...sigh Couple of pictures...of the 6152/1, stock # 156 of the MM (Marina Militare). In the last picture it's together with the one he was routinely wearing yesterday PAM203 smile

A beauty! The PAM 203 is not shabby, either, but this 6251-1... Terrific. [nt]

Nico, the conditions of this piece...

are nothing short of..pristine..as if it came off the production..last week. I didn't have the courage to strap it on my wrist (hence the absence of a wrist shot) otherwise I would have become the only..clochard..sitting on the pavement asking for alms while wearing a 6152/1 on the wrist...LOLLLL

Clochard chic. you have class! ;) [nt]

my best bet could be S=Sezione M=Marina Z=Zero or Zed. A Navy Section. These watches were given to the individual soldier, as part of the normal standard training gear and had to be, given back at the end of the training session or exercise with the other equipment I.E. ...one BCD, one UW compass, one regulator, one Panerai watch # X and so on.

What a delicious lunch 👌🏽😘. Thx for sharing. Great experience I guess;) [nt]

But could please measure the lugs of these two watches and compare them to the 587, 673, 662, and 372?  LOL!!

Of course, I'll get right on it LOLLLLLLLLL [nt]

as a matter of fact, your name came up a couple of times. We were reminiscing about Florence during the Panerai function in Fiesole. About the lovely time we had, in the garden of the Four Season, lounging about with Valentina. That's when we first spoke with one another Loris and I. Ciao bello take care

Ciao amico, well yeah these days were really amazing!

I was wearing a rather ordinary (compared to these two "pezzi da 90") a simple 002 T-dialled which, in different circumstances might have..stolen the show..hahahahaha

Ciao caro Sergio!! Ha ha ha!! Anyway... I bet it is well worth viewing it in shot! Cheers! Abel [nt]
