photos are of "party central" which is housed on one of the wharfs downtown. if you don't go to the actual games you can go down here to watch the games on anyone of a mutitude of screens. Also theres lots of food stalls ranging from hotdogs to gourmet foods and wines. Its a chance to showcase NZ produce and also showoff to the world some cool NZ inventions. On opening night of the world cup there was reportably 200,000 people down at the waterfront and during the pool matches the area averages 10-15000 bodies.

Great game! Would've been even better if they hadn't missed so many points. Anyway, on to the Finals we go!
And regarding the playoffs for 3rd, I hope Wales takes it. They should've beaten France IMO.
