A lovely example. Prices are creeping up for this one. 5 years ago you could find one for very good money. I wonder now more than ever if the future is in vintage?
They hat it in their regular lineup in the early 2000s, but since the book "a man and his watch", where the story of this piece is told, this piece gets a lot appreciation again.

Unfortunately the opportunity to get one at reasonable cost has long gone by . . . prices started appreciating about six years ago and haven't let up since. I found one locally (in worse condition, I might add) seven years ago for < $2K. Didn't pull the trigger, of course . . . another opportunity down the drain.
that was never on my radar, don't know why I missed it. I will need your guidance in getting one though. Whenever / if ever we are back to normal and face to face meetings will be possible again... Cheers from Zurich Richard
