Here a shot of the movement that made it all possible more than a decade ago - Chopard’s first fully in-house, column wheel vertical clutch chronograph, the 11.CF.

Have a great week!

Chopard makes really killer watches.  I think the brand is completely overlooked and underrated.  While not LUC, I saw someone wearing an 8331 or 8511 recently and was really taken by it to the point that I am considering picking one up. I like the smaller size of the 8331 over the 8511.  My only nit about the LUC line is that it tends to be larger than I like.  For such elegant watches I would like to see most pieces in the sub-40mm range.

While their time only watches...

Do offer choices at 40mm and below that’s unfortunately not the case with complications. At least their lug design is very good, making the watches wear well even on smaller wrists. But fully agree with you 👍🏻

They are way ahead of the game - double barrel, 8 days Quattro, inhouse Chrono, Full strike, Urushi or Guilloche designs, Geneva seal or fleurisanne engraving - some really phenomenal...
