What else can we say that has not already been said.  Maybe the greatest praise I can offer is knowing if I could only own and wear 1 single watch for the rest of my days on earth, it would absolutely be a Royal Oak.

I absolutely adore the older configurations! There is just something so authentic about the dial configuration that haunts me. I am still crossing my fingers for a return of the Owl configuration, and mate - wear it in good health - you have the be all, end all time piece!

There is also the 5594 before the 25594. It had a short run I believe and also came in two tone and all yellow gold. It has the 2124 movement before the 2224 came out. The dials were hand made by Stern.
