That happened to me with one of my SQ HT.
Don’t know what kind of work you have but I sit behind a desk all day.
Not a lot of movement, so I think like Nicolas and Bob suggested give it a few more turns.
I have started to do that, never had any more trouble after that.
But like Nicolas said, wind it up and let it lye and see how long the PR will last.

Do you mean that they don’t go on top of each other or that they don’t move in the same rhythm, separated by whole hours?
The offset function of the second hour hand is when you pull the crown out one step (normally date), two steps and you set the (main) time.
If the hour hands are on top of each other but separated by 12 hours in time difference the AM/PM and date function might give you a strange outcome.
