Duomètre à Chronographe - Ever since I first saw the Duometre pix, I fell in love with this JLC. When I first touch the watch in the flesh, I decided to get one for myself.

After so many sleepless nights between PG or YG agony, I was finally able to decide one. LOL

Here is my Duometre Pink Gold.

i had a chance of putting it on my wrist and playing it at one JLC event some time back, it is really a lovely watch, once you put on on your wrist, for sure you will let it off from your wrist.

I would gladly take the Duometre in any color, one o the few watches about which I can honestly say that. But I mut say your photos really show off the PG.  Beautiful shots of your new masterpiece.  Enjoy!

What is important is to have one on the wrist, in the hands, and to be able to play with it, to see the ballet of the seconds hands, the Foudroyante, and to be captivated by this somptuous " grainé " dial.

The more I wear it, the more I love it.

You just have a piece of JLC DNA.

the only chronograph where metal matters is Datograph, which should be in platinum. ;-)

About the JLC dna, i try to find it, but i couldn't... no where, even in the back
The shape of the case, the hands, the dial, basically everything... I couldn't connect it to the JLC dna. I personally felt that this model opens a new page in the JLC book.
But but but... as u are the JLC expert, u might have seen it somewhere

Which makes me say that the Duomètre belongs to the JLC Tradition.

The shape of the case, the the hands, the dial, too, belong to the Tradition of Elegant, watches, and even better, this Dumoètre looks a bit like a pocket watch .

It is a new line of watches, but with a big reference to the Past.

... a watch from the past, its possible to "smell" it, with the shape of the hands, and the chrono and seconds hands that gives it a feel of a pocket watch.
I feel that JLC has a very specific DNA, about the hands, the marker of numbers, some small details, that says jst JLC.
On the duometre, if we hand the brand on the dial, would u recognize its a JLC?... mmmmm... u have to be very good

it is top of my JLC dream list. having tried it on, looked at it, wound it etc i know i would love one and am pleased whenever anyone else gets one. i wont use the word envy as your pleasure of ownership helps me enjoy it vicariously.

IMHO the best choice, RG with silver dial. lots of contrast between case, dial, hands etc.

contrast in PG than in YG. PG seems to be more dynamic, IMHO.
