What a crazy book!
Just got my copy of the new (2025) edition of this 2008 classic.
I have read about this book but it was only when I got my own copy that I realized the crazy level of detail and knowledge that the author is sharing.
I guess i will need to read and memorize this book in order to call myself a true fan of La Grande Maison.

I wouldn't imagine it is filled with so much valuable information.

I remember the days when
JLC had its annual catalogues in hard cover. I had kept many of them but had to discard them when I moved to a smaller home when we became empty nest. These catalogues were good reading too.
Always a good thing to gain more knowledge!
