Reverso TT1931 - just love this picture (and the watch)

Stumbled across this old picture of my Revereso Tribute to 1931. That watch is just something else. A very well executed reboot of the classic Reverso way back in 2010/11.
JLC looking back and looking forward at the same time. Not easy to pull off.
I think they did that very well with the TT Deep Sea and the first TT Polaris. Less so with the TT Geophysic (but very close to good) and the newest TT Polaris. As for the TT Reverso Chronograph, the jury is still out. Size is a minus, addition of hours/minutes on reverse side a plus.
Great straps too! I should get myself a brown suede strap!

The Grande GMT is another favorite of mine although it's a little big on my wrist. I very nearly made the Grande GMT my first watch! I was a fan of the Reverso since I was ten years old! Somehow I ended up with a Patek as my first watch instead. And the Chronograph is of course just sublime.
Thank you. Obvioulsy, I also have a thing for suede.

The Grande GMT is such a crazy watch with all the complications and an 8-day movement in a relatively small watch. Big (thick) for a Reverso, though. That’s true.
Have you spotted the Grande GMT in movies? I saw it in My Sassy Girl (the American remake of the original Korean movie) and in the first Christopher Nolan Batman movie.
