Quite compelling approach, I do love the fact that they, and some of the other oldest companies, are placing as much emphasis on their vintage watches through high-quality (in-house) restorations and press........
There is a very interesting chapter about the Duoplan, which is worth being read. And it is more an introduction to their vintage universe than an exhaustive book about all the vintage JLC, which would be impossible to do...

As I think nobody here and there can know all the Reverso made, for example , or all the Lecoultre, as their archives are lost.
A complete collection of the work in several volumes would have been a vibrant tribute to this brand... and would have fascinated us because we love details....

Yes... We were a lot to expect it... But unfortunately this beautiful book seems to contain some errors... which will become realities if there is no erratum...
I am a bit surprised by announced prices for the Chrono Shark ( 50, 000 Euros ), the Polaris II ( 22 000 Euros ), and the Master Mariner Deep Sea ( 20 000 Euros ). Who gave these prices for these watches???
