
smaller compared to its "body", i am sure it is a genuine heart, and ORIS, does not say it ain't ETA, but to have that small movement powering a watch displaying the moonphase, day and date, and a second time zone..isnt that movement ingenious, so to speak to give so much complications, by putting size of that movement aside? as compared to mine, a larger movement, but only shows the time and date
maybe size did not matter in that context. I agree, maybe it will look better with a solid caseback instead. But then again, ORIS is an honest brand. It does not pretend to be what it is not. You get what you see.

and prevents me from enjoying many otherwise fine watches, such as the Girard Perregaux 1966 line. I would much rather have a solid case back in these cases!
