Actually this was issued to the Japanese Air Force, which gives it military provinence. 

In any case, I was able to make it up with 2 other EP4s, but rather have a 3rd if I had the option.

If you’ve ever owned a EP4, you would know that the action of the chronograph start and reset is superb, top notch.
