I think that you know plenty to own a PD -- trust me.  Completely agree with the idea of pairing it with a GF IP -- way up on my grail list, and a perfect complement!

but don't you thin it would be really great if one can time the delivery of the two, at the same time??!!

I'm still trying to figure out which pieces I would sell to afford one of these Horo-monsters!

LF micro rotor is very tempting.  Said to be very accurate.  Please report back how accurate it is in actual daily use.  I love my LF, too!

i would love to own their tourbillon in due course, but that would require months, if not years of saving; and worse not spending!!

I can't see myself wearing such a simple-looking, dressy watch any time soon... but, when i am your age, it will be a different story... anyhow, i think we are kinda heading in the same direction....

Let me explain why I love this watch in another post. Basically, I love LF and MBF, both for what they represent....for LF...complexity thru simplicity, and complex movement warehoused in a simple case and interface. For MBF....a simple movement(mostly GP based) made different(not necessarily more complex...just modified) warehoused in a complex case and material, with a complex interface!!!

You see the contrasts between the two? I hope when we meet, I can bring both out to let you explore and appreciate.

I believe most collectors would at some stage consider an independent...what we have today is really exciting. We have Indie producing revolutionary pieces, technically; from provoking designs that "shock and awe" to classic gentlemen wristwatch; in all materials from traditional to exotic....and in all price ranges to match our respective budgets.

Would like your advice. Have seen the white gold which looks v nice. However yours  does too. Any advice on either. I ask as I have not seen the rose gold in person

i personally prefer the RG, thus my purschase of such. really depends on your personal preference and/or dressings. sometimes, also the dial versus case metal combinations. i would rather have platinum or stainless steel, then WG, as a rule of the thumb for myself. YG and RG my usual preference. also, i prefer brown belts and shoes...and its different shades and hues and consequently RG and YG/brown strap combi; whilst black(and white metal based case/black strap) is very corporate for me.
